At fast take a pan in low medium flame.
Put 1 tsp ghee and dry fruits stir it fry them then transfer a bowl
Add ghee in the same hot pan add Bay leaves, funnel seeds stirring continues
Add grated ginger, cinnamon and black pepper, dry fruits and nuts stir it
Now add sprouts and mix it nicely
Then add boiled rice in the pan and mix properly add sugar and salt in the pan mix it well
You know that when we add sugar so that much moisture in the sprouts rice
So we stirring constantly
After few minutes the rice is dry
Now add cardamom n nutmeg powder mix it well
Finally our sweet n healthy rice is ready to serve
Take the rice as morning breakfast best for all children and adults
